Click Reply™ Mobile Platform is our mobility solution that responds to this specific market requirement.

Based on Microsoft .NET Compact Framework 3.5 (.NET CF) and created using C# technology, in order to manage terminals as efficiently as possible, the solution's modular format is its key strength. These modules allow the solution to be adapted to the different terminal, hardware and software configurations, and the configurations used in connection with the different scenarios in which the applications can be used. With .NET CF it is possible to access the hardware resources (namely imagers, RFID readers and Wireless networks) present in the terminal independently without a particular version of the operating system or hardware being required.

There are various End Points in our solution and these are the result of a logistics system that aims to increase and diversify the range of devices on offer, from standard warehouse terminals, to Rugged Phones/Tablets and RFID&Mobile Tagging.

Supported by these advanced features, including data capture such as bar codes, RFID tag interpretation, image acquisition and Wireless/Wi-Fi networks, and OnLine&OffLine features, our solution simplifies the processes in question, allowing personnel to capture and transmit data at any time, in an increasingly wide network, and to extend its application to Outdoor processes.

Some possible applications for the Supply Chain:

• Use of the display to show images, text, lists
• Assembly lines – Diagrams and instructions on how to assemble components
• Input from context via Voice, keyboard, touchscreen, scanner, RFID
• Interaction with a web address (URL) and with its contents
• Image capture as part of a workflow: e.g. field service, quality control
• Sending of e-mails from terminal (via voice)
• Mobile Tagging for Proof of Delivery (e.g. Microsoft Tag)

Click Reply WiFi Client

The WiFi Client is the first application created on a Mobile Platform and is used in Click Reply to manage RF operations. In addition to standard operations, WiFi Client also renders it possible, for example, to:

• use thermal printers linked to the devices
• visualise images even in systems other than Click Reply
• create images using the camera in the device and send these to another system
• enter into dialogue with other software in the terminal, for example through file exchange

Click Reply™ integrates the JVoice module, an innovative solution for managing "hands-free" and "eyes-free" systems, based on the Voice Interface Object (VIO) technology by Vocollet™, world leader in voice recognition systems for industrial and warehousing applications.

Click Reply™ JVoice is a leading-edge technology suitable for all industrial situations, it supports more than twenty different languages regardless of the dialect, inflexion or pronunciation that the user adopts. This is possible because it is a “Speaker-Dependent” system in that it is the terminal, after a brief training session, that is responsible to interpret the work of the user. A “Speaker-Dependent” system is notoriously acknowledged as being at least twice as accurate as “Speaker-Independent”systems.

Talkman® terminal kits (consisting of earphones, microphone and RF terminal belt) use the latest voice recognition and synthesis technology allowing operators to communicate in real-time using the Click Reply™ WM module.
