The architecture of the Click Reply™ WM Version 4.x product is based on the Java Enterprise Edition (Java EE) platform, the de facto standard for Enterprise applications, and uses Oracle Database, the market leader of databases in the Enterprise category, thanks to its constant and consistent data flow.

The use of JavaEE guarantees scalability and interoperability. Together with Oracle Database it can also be used on different HW/SW platforms. The above features help to reduce costs and simplify potential for development, rendering the product adaptable to the ever-changing requirements of business, and therefore in line with market evolution.

Click Reply™ WM supports a classic Multi-Tier architecture, composed of:

• Client Presentation (web browsers, RF terminals, voice terminals...)
• Application
  • Java or customised Application Servers, for communication with clients
  • Middleware for communication with legacy systems
  • Middleware to manage operational devices such as RFID and AS/RS
