Click Reply™ WM Analytics is the business intelligence module of Click Reply™ solution, based upon Oracle Business Intelligence technology. The module offers a pre-packaged solution addressed to operative people to monitor warehouse performance and improve its profitability.

A wide range of indicators and graphs is easily accessible through the web thanks to interactive dashboards organised around five areas:

• STOCK: Quantity, rotation and facing analysis of the stocked goods
• MAP: Warehouse occupation analysis, both in terms of used space and of management schedules
• INBOUND: Stock monitoring, in terms of quantities of received and identified goods, and efficiency in materials handling
• OUTBOUND: Information about quantities of shipped goods, statistics about shipping times and performance measurement in orders preparation
• PRODUCTIVITY: Performance comparison of operators and leasing; workload analysis

In addition, advanced users will be able to simply and quickly create new dashboards and indicators for ad hoc analysis, using Oracle Business Intelligence Answers.
