Complementary modules

Click Reply™ TM is aimed at companies that manage a fleet of vehicles or who delegate forwarding to one or more external operators but maintain the management of planning and control functions within the company.

The Shipping Optimisation module calculates the delivery programme, using a sophisticated optimization procedure, hence optimising the customer service level, minimising the overall shipping costs in keeping with the constraints managed by the shipping database.

Click Reply™ TM can be used in the following three ways:

  • Automatic: journeys are decided automatically on the basis of objectives and constraints set by the user and the optimization procedure
  • Manual: step-by-step journey planning is made by the user, supported by appropriate recommendations regarding any constraints to be considered
  • Semi-automatic: automatically planned journeys are revised and modified by user in order to comply with temporary situations or constraints

Click Reply™ TM supplies statistics and reports the following information in real time:

  • Kilometres travelled
  • Transport costs (of individual journey or vehicle)
  • Additional costs (lump-sum, porterage, returns)
  • Total costs
  • Estimate of cost per kilometre travelled, in euros

The Shipping Balance module provides an exact calculation of total transport costs, checks invoices from service suppliers or activates the self-invoicing procedures.

The system is also able to integrate vehicle tracking and proof-of-delivery applications.
