CLICK Education’s objective is to define and set-up a series of training solutions, aimed not only at easing-in our Click Reply WM solution to your company but also at introducing our new modules and evaluating their potential for application within your company.

Our courses are for all of our clients, from project managers to the end user, and on all of our VARs, in a drive to guarantee the acquisition of the know-how necessary for the use and implementation of our solution in all of its configurations.

CLICK Education includes three different training programmes:

Catalogue solutions
Diffusion of a series of courses to introduce the basic key features and configuration of our solution. The aim is not only to offer a full presentation of the different configurable processes that can be carried out using our solution, but also to understand how a client’s standard operating procedures can be managed by our Click Reply solution. There are various training formats, from classroom tutorials to eLearning.

A customised solution for the Client
Creation of integrated solutions to help the Client understand our solution within his own company context, aiming to maximise the return on the investment made. The training methods used by Click Reply™ WM include training sessions held out directly on the client’s premises, firstly in a classroom situation and then in the field, in Train The Trainer mode rather than Train The User mode. They involve use of the system configured according to the client’s specific requirements, support materials in paper and electronic form, and practical, test cases.
This approach allows us to transfer the skills and methods needed in order to use the application more efficiently, and to guarantee a certain level of flexibility in the classes, by both favouring interactivity amongst participants and keeping them in a setting where they can feel at ease, thereby making the learning process easier.

Solution for our VARs
A service aimed at all our VARs who intend to follow an advanced training programme to learn about all the ways of configuring the product, ranging from basic configuration to vertical configuration for our specific market solutions.
