Click Reply™ for Automotive Aftermarket supports the supply, warehousing and distribution of spare parts along the logistics network, consisting of first-level central warehouses (provisioning by supplier, packaging, processing, quality control, testing, warehousing and distribution) and second level (restocking from central warehouses and distribution to customers) and also on local distribution centres (regional warehouses in proximity to customer network).

The solution comprises various modules:

Handling Module: an operational management system characterised by goal-oriented and not statement-oriented methodology.

The main features of the module are:

  • goods reception: control, dispatch to processing, through by-pass or shelving
  • goods returns, processing returns, buy backs
  • materials destined for direct delivery
  • planning of picking activities with intermediate goals
  • execution of picking (assignment, progress, exceptions control
  • pick and pack, mass deliveries, ventilation, pigeonholes
  • material packaging
  • preparation for shipping (on-line invoicing, customs management, preparation of shipping documents)
  • execution of cyclical and occasional inventories, guided by overall annual goals
  • virtual and cross-warehouse inventory
  • postponing and dispatching on the logistics network
  • use of RFID and Voice technologies
  • processes supported by Mobile instruments and ASRS systems

Packaging Module: management of activity following goods reception focused on packaging of spare parts.
The module possesses all functions necessary for autonomous, self-consistent management of process cycles, product and auxiliary material registration of, technical sheets for activity support, goods movement for cost accounting.

Quality and Testing Module: quality control management for incoming, packing and shipping processes, or for stock inventory situations.
The control processes, based on fixed or sample events are highly configurable at workflow level.

Shipping Management Module: management of shipping-related activities (analysis of transport weights and volumes), shipping calendar management, route planning, delivery report management, production of operational and cost analysis reports.

Container Module: accounting and physical management of physical means with which material is transported along the Supply Chain (warehouses, transporters, suppliers).

Claims Management Module: allows the management of delivery anomalies and calls from the market, supplying tracking information for packages and parts numbers sent to dealers, reception of returns requests.
